Pros
Good company, nice benefits, nice people, positive outlook, growing. Market leader in ETF market-making. Good people from whom to learn. Good/excellent work-life balance.
Cons
Not much. As you would expect from a small-ish company, turnover is relatively high and there is constant change, which can sometimes be stressful. Some uncertainty. Processes not so well established if you're into that.
