Pros

I am still trying to find any positive aspects of my experience at FlowBank, but it has been incredibly difficult.

Cons

I worked at FlowBank and I must say, it was one of the worst experiences of my professional life. The work environment is incredibly toxic, primarily due to the CEO and the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The CMO, in particular, stands out for her unprofessional behavior. She often resorts to literally yelling at employees, creating a hostile and stressful work atmosphere. It's hard to comprehend how someone can be so harsh and unkind, especially in a professional setting where respect and collaboration should be the norm. Initially, there was one redeeming aspect: the option to work from home one day a week. However, this small benefit was abruptly taken away without any prior notice or reasonable explanation, further diminishing employee morale. In summary, I struggle to find anything positive about my time at FlowBank. The leadership is toxic, the environment is stressful, and the few benefits that existed were removed without consideration for the employees. I would strongly advise anyone considering a position here to look elsewhere. Will my comment be deleted like others?
