      Pros

      Had a nice environment Co-Workers are wonderful people Flexible hours within a timeframe.

      Cons

      Not very friendly to new hires. If you are confused about the job, you won't last long. No training, the best they have for you is to learn on your own and hope you learn enough from your team lead. Says they want new hires/entry level people, but actually want intermediate but pay at entry level.

      Free snacks, 40 hour work weeks, no cubicles

      No overtime, no incentives for good performance, churn extremely high, poor management, communication with management limited or non-existent
