Pros

Flowcrete is owned by RPM Inc., which is a NYSE traded company, they offer excellent benefits and 401K options. Flowcrete Americas is part of an international group "Flowcrete" based in the UK, so the company has an international feel. The Texas location is near The Woodlands and the area has a lot to offer.

Cons

The current culture and moral at Flowcrete Americas is somewhat negative. We have experienced a lot of employee turn-over in the past couple of years. Some of the best people and long term employees are now gone, including many directors from different departments. We have also experienced a lot of turnover with our sales people. We continually hear that we are not hitting our "Plan" and that the company is under a lot of pressure from corporate. There is a lot of distrust and frustration within the company, it is no longer a fun place to work or a positive environment. We used to get great bonuses, they are a thing of the past.

Pros

The new manager is a rookie. Sales are at an all time low due to the new manager not having a shred of sales experience or management experience. Sales reps and upper managers have left the company since he has taken over. There is no trust in each other. Everyone is an island with no team concept. Sales numbers are so bad they are not shared and no one knows where they stand. Targets are set so high that commissions are hard to achieve.

Cons

New manager has no experience running a company Sinking sales No team concept New manager has no trust in employees.
