Pros

FLOWERBX is a small, fast-paced team and if you thrive off that start-up mentality and energy then you'll really enjoy your time here. Being a small company means you have the opportunity to make a real impact and you have the freedom to suggest new ideas and see them through to execution. The company is very supportive of development, and constantly looking for ways to promote internally rather than hire from the outside, giving you the opportunity to move sideways into new functions, or progress upwards in your career in a relatively short time frame. The team is very friendly and supportive, there's a great sense of team work and camaraderie across the business.

Cons

Be prepared to get stuck in on cross-functional work and go beyond your job description. Those with the right attitude are likely to see this as a learning opportunity and a chance to understand a different part of the business. As a lean team, you're expected to pull your weight and contribute to the business, there's definitely no slacking! I see this as a good thing, as it builds a high performance culture and the team have great energy.

Teamwork, supportive colleagues, encourage we each other. An environment where you learn and grow. I feel my work is impactful and helps the teams. Helps to be surrounded by beauty!

- Hybrid working model (lots of autonomy on when/where we work from when in-person) - Work/life balance and flexible scheduling (as a working parent of two young children this is major) - Team is an amazing mix of people from different personal and professional backgrounds - Exciting to work for an ever-changing business with new challenges and opportunities - Generous PTO and parental leave policies

Cons

- Very fast paced and high pressure (not a con, but requires the right type of employee and work ethic)
