Pros
Flat hierarchy, fully remote but offices in Paris and Lyon if needed. Trust is key, and everyone is committed and super friendly. Management is transparent, pro and very kind. Totally recommend Flowlity.
Cons
It's a startup, lot of up and downs with sales revenue, but we are currently in a nice trend.
