Upper management lacks basic understanding of how to run a successful company. They throw money at problems until it goes away or enough turn over happens that they can turn a blind eye for another 2 years. It’s a shame as the product is better then our competition but it fell into mismanagement with some individuals who ran things like it was 1980, money was endless and basic rules and laws did not apply to him. (Larry, former CEO I’m talking about you.) An unwillingness to adapt to changing times and hold individuals accountable for their basic job duties has run this company into the ground.
