      Pros

      Constant supply of work. Family oriented. Salary is hard to complain about. Current Manager is Awesome & stands up for his employees. Communication with on site Management is easy and opened door.

      Cons

      Sales, Engineering & Manufacturing Groups - Communication is non existant Training for each position is hodge podged/Non existant
