Pros
You will work when they have work! A lot of overtime.
Cons
When they are slow they have indirect time which they make you feel like you should not be on it but they will not let you go home early without taking your vacation or personal time.... Your trying to help them out? They want robots for employees you have a print and if the print is wrong continue with and finish the job the failure will go on another cost structure. Management treats staff like they are owned employees, I've been told HR is not for the employees and have seen harassment on the shop floor nothing is done and they "management" will have a big lay off to get rid of the people who have called HR. Bright side Management last's about 2-3 years at each site.
