      -Constant changes in the top management (3rd leader in 3 years) -No clear vision about where are we heading as an organization -Incompetent leaders -Constant stress -Lack of team building or social events

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.
