The companies health benefits are comparable to other companies

Cons

Very poor company leadership. The Raleigh NC plant has had 7 different plant leaders over 7 years. This indicates that the problem is not within the plant, but with the external senior leadership. Be very careful going to this company for a job or a career.

Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

A lot of good people working here.

Cons

Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
