      Pros

      Wonderful opportunity to learn what you like and dislike. Leadership and everyone in management is extremely involved and they value people at the company.

      Cons

      Relocating every year for 3 years can be exhausting and some locations like Nebraska can be highly undesirable.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

      A lot of good people working here.

      Cons

      Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
