The Commercial, Order Management, and Projects teams are clearly committed to keeping customers informed and helping prioritize work in the factory based on impact to customers and the business. The Engineering team is highly capable developing both innovative designs and solutions for manufacturing floor production issues. The production team has many highly skilled welders, machinists, assemblers and testers who clearly take pride in their work and support their fellow team members. There is good support and investment for trying new approaches (lean and Kaizan events) to address long term challenges.
