      Great compensation and specialized industry experience

      Cons

      Being exempt, the expectation is that you'll be there 10-12 hours a day. It's not an occasional long day, it's expected that you live every waking hour there at least five days a week or you're looked down on.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

      A lot of good people working here.

      Cons

      Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
