      remote work options, wages for animators were good, health insurance, PTO

      Cons

      inconsistent work (depends on show renewals/ budget), wages for other departments are low, sometimes employees are discouraged from using PTO if there are tight deadlines (seems to happen in departments that are understaffed), pipelines can be a bit messy. promotions are practically non existent.

      Great studio with great people. I really enjoyed my time working there; they take good care of their employees. I was able to work on some fantastic projects.

      - Friendly teammates with clear instructions of daily work load - Remote working is available - Often calls people back to studio for upcoming projects
