Pros
Fluence provided a great work environment for me to do my work that impacted a positive mission and still have an appropriate work-life balance.
Cons
Any company growing at the rate of which Fluence was growing, when I was there, is bound to have some hiccups and challenges -- it is a side effect of super-fast growth. Communication between teams could be improved as well as being more transparent about things like layoffs or organization restructuring.
