      Fast moving industry at the leading edge of the Energy Transition. Autonomous roles at work. Hybrid/Remote work culture.

      Cons

      Toxic and corrosive leadership. Very disorganized and reactive. High staff churn and burnout. No career paths and no training. Poor leadership decisions leading to erosion of market share and customer delivery capability.
