Salaries always delayed by at least 2-3 months. Performance pay is delayed by more than 2 years. Pathetic communication across teams. No vision or mission from the top management. Mind-blowingly unprofessional HR. Apathy towards performing employees. Lots of internal politics. Hogging information and refusing to share knowledge is the culture. 'Yes sir' culture where management is expected to be treated like dictators and not leaders. Does not provide basic employee facilities. Does not care to communicate company policies in a transparent manner.
