Pros
Exceptional workers get noticed easily and with corporate being local you can get some valuable exposure at that level. Cross department management gives valuable experience.
Cons
Constant work force reduction has left work force demoralized and fearful. New VP of Ops is destroying the company with inaction and ignorance. Leadership team seems to only care about their incentive plans and how they look to corporate. WY to much emphasis on month end and quarter end is killing profit margins
