Pros
The people are great, managers and executives are available and if you need anything the corporate staff is quick to respond and get you what you need. There is no runaround they take care of the employees. The pay and benefits are also very good.
Cons
Could provide more connection with the staff out in the field but still has a great balance and let's you do your work without a lot of required extra assignments.
