Thank you for the valuable feedback. We believe that a clear direction from management is key to keep Fluidmesh on its growth path and provide consistent and valuable feedback to our Employees. Between 2012 and 2015 the company had two offices in North America, one in Buffalo Grove, IL and one in NYC. This structure created challenges in communication across the company. Since December 2016, we have decided to close the Buffalo Grove office and move the whole team to a new office in New York City. This has solved the communication problem across management, sales, marketing, and customer support. Unfortunately this forced us to make some changes in personnel and company structure.
Working in the same room with Fluidmesh Founding team and senior management provides an opportunity to learn and get exposed to many aspects of running a fast-growing tech company that are usually not accessible in larger organizations. It also gives everybody the opportunity to have direct access to the Management Team for guidance and feedback.
