Pros

4/80 Schedule , beautiful office, some great people.

Cons

The culture has gone so down hill since the beginning of my career at Fluidra. Since I started there was 3 different CEO’s some of the best leaders that worked at the company for years left to work with competitors. A lot of the directors and VP’s at this company are extremely unprofessional. They do not care about their team or support anyone, they only look out for themselves . They constantly run around the office and gossip for hours and talk so loudly you can hear them out in the open. It’s almost like their entire shift is a gossip sesh. Favoritism in this company makes me sick. There is no room to grow you will work hard for years for broken promises, they barely give a 3 percent raise each year. They pay so low for this industry yet they make a billion dollars, and you have management who works from home whenever they want or show up for 3 hours a day making triple what you make.

Pros

-control over your own schedule/independence -minimal micro management -opportunity for advancement

Cons

As of today it was announced the 9/80 flexible every other Friday off schedule is no more. This is a warning to potential employees. For me this was a huge perk and critical to work/life balance. It is very unfortunate and I am reconsidering my future with this company. The current job openings however still advertise the 9/80 schedule so be aware Management also continues to make decisions that are supposed to save money but end up creating more waste and spend more money than they are worth.
