      Pros

      Fun atmosphere with a great team. Every other friday off. Winter is a good time to recovered from the hectic summer season

      Cons

      Lots of juggling of multiple reponsibilities. The growth is great but its out pacing the expansion of the depts themselves throughout the company which leads to extra workloads for everyone.
