      The company values really mean something here. They are introduced and reinforced from the top down, and you really feel it in the daily work. The company seeks to hire only those who will complement and amplify the amazing workplace culture. Employees are trusted to do what they do best and are encouraged to innovate and embrace continuous improvement.

      Cons

      A few growing pains here and there, but that's to be expected when any business evolves through a merger.
