      Pros

      Multinational company, nice working field, good opportunity for inexperienced, lots of work during summer, convenient work during winter. It is a stable working place, especially if you are a good worker and don't have big personality.

      Cons

      You can get retired from this job, but for sure from same level position. No promotion opportunities, whatsoever. Not much variation, so it gets boring at some point.
