      Pros

      9/80 schedule, people, week off at Christmas, hybrid schedule, fun activities, and location.

      Cons

      Communication, salary, benefits, and remote work opportunities - people are leaving for fully remote opportunities. Two days on the office would be better and offer it to all employees.. Some departments are staffed well and others are not which makes it difficult for all employees to join in all the great activities offered.

      -control over your own schedule/independence -minimal micro management -opportunity for advancement

      Cons

      As of today it was announced the 9/80 flexible every other Friday off schedule is no more. This is a warning to potential employees. For me this was a huge perk and critical to work/life balance. It is very unfortunate and I am reconsidering my future with this company. The current job openings however still advertise the 9/80 schedule so be aware Management also continues to make decisions that are supposed to save money but end up creating more waste and spend more money than they are worth.
