High rate of turnover of people who are actually employable outside of Fluke and Fortive, incompetence at all levels especially at the top, externally unemployable “lifers” with a fixed mindset who will undermine and attack anyone bringing 21st century ideas to the table, failure to deliver, psychologically unsafe work environment, gaslighting, old boys club.
