      - Great jumping off point for future jobs all over Fortive - Great benefits (Literally paid into a 401k/ stock options from internship pay) - Great pay for an internship!!! - Many networking opportunities (flying you out to HQ, weekly online events)

      Cons

      - lack of clear support for landing a job at Fortive after, left at the wayside - Engineering-heavy cohort, less emphasis on operations
