Cons
Management is inconsistent and lack leadership skills. Management does not pick up obvious cues of team enthusiasm Management worries about themselves and unable to carry team(s) No real vision on future, lots of meaningless meetings. Work life balance is not real, hourly employees asked to jump in on meetings during day off or on LOA. No overtime. Management micro-manages for the sake of their roles, not for the betterment of company or team. No leadership, no vision, inconsistencies and organizational changes with lack of evidence. Many employees scared to confront leadership due to "it's who you know" toxic culture. Toxic senior management makes it hard for employees to have a voice and be heard without being shut down or having a target on their back. Fall in line culture. MANAGEMENT IS THE PROBLEM.
