Pros
Fluke Corporation is a great company to work for. The management team embraces kaizen culture, which encourages continuous improvement for each individual employee. The open-door office culture allows for easy and transparent communication and collaboration. Additionally, the hybrid work culture offered by the company allows (some) employees to work 2 days from home and 3 days on-site. Overall, I have had a great experience working for Fluke and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a company that values its employees and encourages growth and development.
Cons
While Fluke offers a great workplace culture and flexible work options, some employees may find the lack of incentives compared to its parent company, Fortive, to be a drawback. While this is not a significant issue, it can be a point of comparison.
