Cons
Fluor is a 1960s company that has survived to present day. Fluor was a great company that has deteriorated both in standing and on the market. There is no strategic thought from upper management. The CEO is bizarrely incompetent. Internal development is stifled due to their shrinking market share. Unless there are major changes soon this company will be much smaller.
