Fluor offers a flexible schedule which allows for better work/life balance, training options, mentoring circles, encourages volunteer opportunities, and multiple professional organizations to join.
Cons
The benefits at Fluor are the absolute minimum they are required to offer. They do not take care of their employees the way many of their competitors do. Additionally, the "boys club" mentality of many of their employees goes unchallenged.
