Pros
Lots of working hours and plenty of OT, decent environment, good training, and pay is great. Two 1-hour breaks as well. Also get one full week off every month. I used this job to save up money prior to going to college. It's a great place to work for a while and save money, especially for an hourly job.
Cons
12-hour rotating shifts, pressured into doing overtime, absolutely hot in the warehouse which is poorly ventilated (I lost over 25lbs when working there), the work becomes dull and lacks a lot of mental strategy. Even with the typical time off, there simply wasn't enough rest periods to allow for complete rejuvenation, which is typically made worse with the addition of overtime.
