Cons
There are so many. The people who hold managerial positions don't have any other experience. This is just a company led by a group of friends and if you don't be overly friendly with them or don't overwork yourself, then you will be kicked out immediately. ZERO job security. It's all a game to them. They will make you beg for appraisals and humiliate you during the appraisal meetings. But they will readily give you mental health issues as bonuses by calling you names (yes, the founder himself does that.) If you still want to accept the offer, keep 2 things in mind - 1. Please don't raise any concerns regarding ANYTHING because later you will be blamed for creating those issues and will be told to "Grow a thick skin." 2. Be overly friendly to all the managers, their friends, and one of the founders. Good to go. Your job will be secure even if you don't work properly.
