Managements is horrible Micromanaging is a thing here if you do your work or not they are all on top of you breathing down your neck to make sure they look good to investors. Mangers that were just hired on, absolutely don't know anything. They don't know what they are doing and still want to micromange you or sit in meetings all day and talk about the same thing that cant easily be done in one meeting. Instead of helping out the team they rather be talking amongst themselves. Remember your just a number and make sure you answer to them if not they get their feelings hurt even though you do your work. Managers in their feelings do not mix well. Please leave your feelings at home and be an actual manger improving with your skills and helping.
