Super fast paced with constant plan changes. Workload can quickly build up, full of urgencies. Losing a lot of experienced people and knowledge. Antiquated systems and tools. Lack of organised and formal trainings. Leadership takes time making decisions in the new world of working, and not taking full advantage of more global remote work. Some seniors really work for themselves and can be very aggressive or unforgiving.
