      Loon en enkele mooie voordelen.

      Cons

      Roddel mentaliteit. Geen samenhorigheid. Veel onnodig vergaderen en verplaatsen. Een ramp op people management. Veel tegenstrijdigheden.

      Work-life balance (45 days off) 30% recovery of the energy bill Recovery of private internet bill ( only Telenet or Proximus) A sliding work schedule Up to 80% home office

      Cons

      Pay is very low compared to similar positions in other companies No company car, where this is the case for similar positions at other companies Workload is far too high due to staff shortages Staffing shortages do not get resolved as job seekers opt for similar positions in other companies where competitive compensation packages are offered.

      Alot of driving around, most of the time to waste time.
