Pros
the people here are fantastic and welcoming. I feel like I'm solving travel puzzles all day long and I love it! The work is never boring and there is always more to learn. its an open and collaborative environment, and all the supervisors want us to succeed. The annual summits are great - Florida last year was so fun and I can't wait for Arizona this year! I never have the Sunday Scaries.
Cons
Not much flexibility with hybrid working. If we're sick or NEED to say home, they are very supportive of that, but otherwise, I wish we could work remotely more often. The office is a nice and productive zone, but knowing we could work from home when we wanted would really be so helpful.
