Good benefit as sharing with MAG. Positive working culture. Simple service procedure as it is a low cost airlines.

Poor management. From the day I joined, everything is last minute arrangements. Employee left behind due to disarrangement. Management misconduct is normal, but if inferior did mistake, action will be taken. Another point is company will always be seconded, as the priority is at sister company.
