Pros

- Culture. Everyone I've had the pleasure of working with at FlyForm has been a real down to earth person and always happy to help you out when you need it. All people at the company are accessible to all. - Opportunity. The breadth of work that I've worked on ranges from Managed Services to small implementation projects to huge digital transformation projects for some big name agencies and companies. There is plenty of work to challenge you and to help you grow in your role. - Recognition. Hard to elaborate. If you do great work, it get's noticed and rewarded, regularly. - Leave. 25 days Leave and Bank holidays, pretty much the industry norm. - Quarterly Meet-ups. These do wonders for bonding as a team when we mostly work remote. It helps keep everyone connected, not just in a work sense, but personally too. - Professional Development. There's regular canvassing by line managers to check in with you to see what courses you want to do next / what opportunities you're looking to work on to hone skills you've already got.

Cons

- Busy. Some may see this as a con, so I'll call it out. Some days you can feel rushed off your feet with the amount of work there is to do. But from experience, it's better to be busy than have nothing to do. No one at FlyForm is expecting you to move a mountain, but they will help you if you want to. - Internal Process. Now I've put this on here as a con, but it's getting a lot better of late as there have been numerous initiatives to create and improve our internal processes. This is to be expected in a growing business the size of FlyForm. - Lack of Office Space across the UK. Again, called this out as a con for the people who like to be in the office. A lot of our team aren't Cardiff-based and there currently isn't any other FlyForm office space outside of Cardiff. I'm sure this will change in the near future when the company grows even larger. If you prefer remote, then that is fine too.

Pros

- There are some lovely people that work here but sadly heavily outnumbered

Cons

- Several rounds of redundancies recently that have been handled really badly - High turnover of staff, particularly at SLT level because management have no direction - The company is on its knees. Apparently ServiceNow joke that FlyForm will be going bust in the next 6 months. Not very inspiring. - The classic small company problems - management call us a family but then talk about us behind our backs, nobody has a clue how to get the company back on track, there have been some really questionable hires which has a big impact when it’s a small company. - Those that aren’t being made redundant are leaving on their own accord because the writing is on the wall. Think it’ll be time to look at other options soon whether we like it or not.
