- Management is terrible, roles are not as per delegated, double jobs - Very backward manner of operating and not keeping up with trends on how to keep the business afloat - Focus is totally on the wrong things, wasted resources and effort The Employee Retention rate was shockingly dismal at first, but even I couldn't wait to leave just two months in.
