The team we have at FlyUSA is very knowledgeable and welcoming. It is a great environment with a healthy mixture of being both hard working and results-focused, while maintaining a fun and supportive atmosphere. I've learned a ton about the global market of aviation in this role, sourcing all categories of aircraft in all corners of the world. The flexibility of working remote is a plus, and the team encourages you to enjoy your own life outside of the office. FlyUSA is very structured in it's approach to training, and the EOS framework ensures everyone knows their role and how they fit into the broader goals of the company.

The only downside I can say is not FlyUSA-specific. In any role in the aviation industry, it is never just a 9-5. There are times when you need to work on a trip before or after hours, which comes with the territory. Luckily, there are always several team members willing to help out and find a solution quickly.

Success in this role requires a clear understanding of the key KPIs and consistent activity levels. While the organization offers unlimited PTO, in practice the workload and expectations may make it challenging to fully utilize that benefit. The role also requires significant after-hours and weekend responsiveness to meet client and operational demands. Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-focused culture and assess whether the environment aligns with their preferred work style and career stage.
