Good company culture, which has taught me a lot in terms of safety, line tech work, and aviation. I’ve learned the day-to-day flow of ramp operations and feel more comfortable working around aircraft safely and efficiently. I’ve gained hands-on experience with fueling, marshaling, and basic servicing tasks, which has built my confidence. Everyone is welcoming and willing to lend a hand and or explain anything immediately unsure of and has been a great place of work.

Workload can be physically demanding, especially in the summer heat, as well as from lifting heavy items for transport. The chain of command is somewhat confusing, but I know there are still many moving parts, and things will be worked out with time. Equipment could be better, then again isn't completely necessary just yet, but once it's a full-on FBO kind of operation, better equipment and co-workers will be necessary for safety and efficiency.

The company operates in a highly metrics-driven environment, and performance is closely monitored on a daily basis. Success in this role requires a clear understanding of the key KPIs and consistent activity levels. While the organization offers unlimited PTO, in practice the workload and expectations may make it challenging to fully utilize that benefit. The role also requires significant after-hours and weekend responsiveness to meet client and operational demands. Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-focused culture and assess whether the environment aligns with their preferred work style and career stage.
