Pros

-Wonderful work culture and moral -Supportive management -Great team environment -Hybrid work -They really set you up for success -Salary -Insurance, 401K

Cons

-The salary could definitely be more for the work load and how much we do for clients. -Can be easy to work over 40 hours, but management allows you to set boundaries with this (as long as you aren't abusing that)

Pros

Management, Work-Life Balance, Culture, Great Benefits.

Cons

I am believer in always needing improvement, with that being said, communication could improve some. Although for the most part it is good but there are some areas where it can improve.

Pros

The team we have at FlyUSA is very knowledgeable and welcoming. It is a great environment with a healthy mixture of being both hard working and results-focused, while maintaining a fun and supportive atmosphere. I've learned a ton about the global market of aviation in this role, sourcing all categories of aircraft in all corners of the world. The flexibility of working remote is a plus, and the team encourages you to enjoy your own life outside of the office. FlyUSA is very structured in it's approach to training, and the EOS framework ensures everyone knows their role and how they fit into the broader goals of the company.

Cons

The only downside I can say is not FlyUSA-specific. In any role in the aviation industry, it is never just a 9-5. There are times when you need to work on a trip before or after hours, which comes with the territory. Luckily, there are always several team members willing to help out and find a solution quickly.
