Pros
Flycart’s a nice place to work at. If you’re looking for a 9-5 kind of job, and want to learn something, then it’s a pretty good place
There’s no politics or backstabbing. You can work peacefully. If you get a little slack, you’ll get yelled at yeah. But otherwise it’s an okay environment.
The CEO personally organises lunch events where you can talk and get to know the rest of the team.
Cons
The workplace is very quiet, so if you’re used to a lot of activity, then you might get really bored
This is a small office, so you won’t get any food court or other kind of MNC facilities. I would say infrastructure wise, the washrooms could be a little better.
It’s a pretty good place to start out and learn stuff. But you can’t really grow within the organisation. So you’ll eventually look to step out for other opportunities.
