If you are curious, they will push you enough to learn new skills.

- Couldn't tolerate certain decisions/behaviours from some superiors roles. - Certain level of micro management seen. - Sudden hierarchical shift, will abrupt the ecosystem. - Felt certain policies unnecessary, which only creates more rift. (personal opinion)
