      Company is good. Growth will be good. It is a product based company so you will be doing the same thing. Only your salary will increase otherwise no other interesting things to do.

      Cons

      Senior Management does not respect for employees at all. They want robots not employees.

      Pros

      Post covid we have got WFH which really help us to work life balance.

      Cons

      Salary Structure is imbalanced. Due to Salary many employees have resigned and also, we have less positions for career growth.
