Worked Salad line, Dish, and Burger Line, and learned to properly clean and prep these stations for morning and evening shifts. I also learned to clean and close these stations at closing time.
Cons
Micromanaging, many people leaving and new hires, and the job can be stressful due to stations being understaffed.
