Salt & Pepper has a family atmosphere, and management will do their best to take care of you once you are a part of that family (this can be a pro or con for some, and not everyone is treated equally).

There is a notable lack of diversity - given that it is a Korean company this is somewhat expected. Project budgets are very limited, as well as freelance budgets. Some departments have high turnover. There are no benefits, PTO is extremely limited.
