      Pros

      they seem to be more dedicated to rooting out internal issues

      Cons

      they pay less than other fast food establishments, and have many middle management people from NPC International. These holdovers struggle with having the proper mentality. micro managing the wrong things we also struggle to keep good equipment as things break the way they were designed to. but this is less an issue with the company, and more with the slow economic rot from "planned product failure cartels". advancing to management is unappealing because of how even assistant managers got worked to death under NPC.

      It is a very fast paced job, articulate work, meet new people, and management is very welcoming

      Cons

      There is not a lot of hours and the menu is very long.

      Pros

      I love the people I work with, it is just such a good environment to be in, we work together so well and always know how to solve problems or work around them anytime there is an inconvenience, the people around me make me laugh and smile, even if some of my worst days. They are always telling you what you are doing well and help you if you are struggling. I’ve never been scared to ask someone for help when I need it and that says a lot. Everyone communicates so well so we always know what we need.

      Cons

      I don’t really think there is any, it can be very fast paced and that adds some complexity to it when you are trying to do a lot at once and get it out fast for our customers
